Looks like the cats out of the bag. Robert Scoble, social media guru, has a personal Twitter account now exposed to the world. The account is private and his significantly less followers/followings then his @scobleizer account. According to his blog, the account is meant for closer connections. This means you better be someone relatively important to him or else attempting to follow him will get you a good ole’ deny.
This makes sense to do though, having a large amount of followers and followings can become a bit too much at times. I noticed this when I was following2,ooo people. I was missing out on tweets I truly cared about which adversely effected a lot of what I did online. No longer was my Twitter feed a source of great news, it was just a source of randomness I didn’t feel like sifting through. This lead me too completely starting over with all my followers and ticking off some people in the process.
Oh and how did we find this out? By tweet of course.
