So, we’ve seen over and over how certain companies attempt to bring your entire social media profile into a single place. One of the most prominent one of these companies is Friendfeed, an application that bundles all your social media profiles and pulls their entries via RSS to share with others on Friendfeed. Another one would be Chi.mp, a company who got the rights to the .mp TLD and allows you to host your profile information on your own .mp domain for free. Now there is another company that wants to take a crack at it.
GizaPage is a ‘social network organizer’ that allows you to consolidate all of your social profiles onto one single page, and then share it with others. The site really doesn’t have much on anyone else, and uses third party sites to display information like your latest messages from a certain social network. (Click here and then the Twitter tab.)
In all honesty, we have seen many sites that try to link all your profiles together, but I don’t think one has really hit it on the head. Facebook comes the closest to being the best way to share your profile information because of its massive population. When it comes down to it, sites that try to link all your profiles just don’t seem to be catching on, especially when you can create your own profile page simply by paying a designer to go and make you one, which offers endless amounts of customization.
But incase you are interested in this new social network, you’ll be glad to know they also offer some premium features that are pretty standard across the web; Like the ability to map your gizapage.com sub-domain to your own domain or sub-domain for $4.99/month, or for free for a year if you sign up by July 31st.
If you use Gizapage, be sure to leave us your address in the comments!
